Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
